Close Call of the Day: Another near disaster on a Russian road, which begs two questions:
- Does every car in Russia have a dashboard camera?
- Do Russian drivers have the world’s quickest reflexes?
It’s a puzzling phenomenon, to say the least.

I read somewhere that dashcams became popular because dashcam videos on YouTube became popular. It’s an ouroboros.
